6 Week Wednesday Afternoon Pottery with Kate Wade – November

With demand at a peak for pottery courses, we are delighted that Kate Wade has decided to teach, on a Wednesday afternoons, at Sundragon Community Pottery!

Maybe you’ve always wanted to have a go on the potter’s wheel, but have not had the chance, yet?  Or, perhaps you want to sharpen your skills?  Then this is the pottery class for you.

This Wednesday Afternoon pottery class offers you the opportunity to come along to our beautiful brand new Classroom, in Moseley School of Art, and have a play with clay.

If you are brand new to clay, or just want to develop your skills, then you are welcome in this class.

You will be supported in your learning, throughout.

You will cover various surface decoration techniques, including using using coloured slips and glazes.

During this course, students will also learn “good studio practice”.

This six week course starts on  Wednesday 4th November 2026, and will take place every Wednesday Afternoon from 1.30 – 4.00 pm on the following dates:-
